Although I made some ‘rusty’ paper specially for my set of cards, time ran out on me. In the end I sent out some ATCs I had by me that I could adapt with a sort of ‘watery’ message to each recipient based on the idea that spa towns in the UK may have chalybeate springs with iron salts. These deposit rust stains around the spring’s mouth, and/or in old water pipes carrying the local water. People would visit the town in former times to take the waters.
